Tips for Optimal Performance
- Burn for a minimum of 2 hours each time, or until a full melt pool forms. Avoid lighting and immediately extinguishing.
- Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4” (6mm) for the best experience. This will also help the lighting feature operate most reliably.
- Charge the Base - low battery levels will reduce the function of the lighting feature. Your Diya Base arrives with approximately 25% battery charge.
